We have a couple of users cannot indent tasks to make subtasks on any projects, even projects they own. The indent button never appears. Also, these same users cannot drag tasks to other positions in the project. I've checked their permissions, roles, etc and other with the same setup don't have the issue. Has anyone seen this before? Thx.

If Workfront support didn't recommend this already, have her go to "https://xxx.my.workfront.com/resetUser">https://xxx.my.workfront.com/ resetUser and pick the first option. She won't lose any favorites, just her selected views/filters/groupings will go back to default. I had to do this with a user a few weeks ago when some permissions wouldn't propogate in a timely manner. Adina
