In the newest release, at the task level, one of my team members is unable to click directly into the notify bar without tabbing into it. When does try to click into the notify bar it gives him a grayed out screen. Any ideas on why this happening? | Community

In the newest release, at the task level, one of my team members is unable to click directly into the notify bar without tabbing into it. When does try to click into the notify bar it gives him a grayed out screen. Any ideas on why this happening?
