Images on Custom form giving error "Please enter valid link"

Has anyone used images on custom forms? I have a JPEG image that is loaded into Workfront and shared publicly. I used the link that is in the sharing screen on the custom form and it is giving me the error "Please enter valid link". Any ideas on what could be causing this? I even tried linking from a shared copy on our google drive but getting the same error.

is it an amazon link? They expire.

That is the only one I could get to display and you're right it did expire. I can't get the one that's in the sharing screen to work. It gives that error right away.

I was able to get a resolution from support - when you open the image in Workfront, they right click on the image preview and open in a new tab and then use that as the link address. Randy - thank you for the help suggestion!
