If it is setup for a users manager to get an email when the users tasks is over 3 days late, does the user get that email at the same time?

@Bill Percival‚ When setting up automatic reminders, you have the option to send a late notification to:

- the Assigned To user

- the user's manager

- the manager's manager

So, depending on what is selected - the user may or may not receive that late reminder email. You can double check by going into Setup > Email > Automatic Reminders to see which checkboxes are currently active.
