I have a designer that is being notified for every comment that they are being tagged on in a proof. Is there a way to change this, so they are only notified when they need to make changes?

    Hey @Pat Howay‚ !

    Within the proof you have "Email Notifications" - sounds like the designer is set to receive "All Activity". This can be changed to "Decisions" or "Final Decision" to know when he/she needs to action the proof. This can be changed as their default setting in the proofing admin window as well so it does not have to be adjusted for each proof.
