How Worker can attach URL to the Project?

Hi there!

Looking for a smart solution on how Worker can attach a SharePoint URL to the existing Project. That is link to excel spreadsheet, which should be easily accessible to the rest of all assigned Workers. Each time that URL will be different and spreadsheet will be created as a result of done task.

Currently 'Updates' are used for that purpose, it is not ideal, as each time users need to scroll down a lot.

can you put a task at the top of the project task list and assign it to that worker and have them add it to the URL field on the task? (I've also added URLs to the task description and from there it's clickable in a task view with a description column.)
