How to Use Workfront for Webpage Request Intake and Ticket Assignment?

Hello,
I work in a marketing team, and we’re looking to streamline our process for handling new webpage creation requests. Often, our product line managers or senior managers request new pages for our website, and we want to implement an intake form to collect essential details such as deadlines, content requirements, and other specifications.

Our goal is to use these intake form responses to assign page requests to different team members, similar to a ticketing system. Does Workfront (or any other Adobe tool) have a feature to support this kind of workflow?

Hi @parniansh1,

That type of Intake Request Gathering is a classic usecase that Workfront does indeed support, as my colleague @cynthiaboon explained this Webinar, which I suggest you review.

For further inspiration, I also invite your product line and senior managers to consider our Editorial Calendar solution, which would distill such Website Content Plans into a centralized, image-enabled set of calendars you can easily filter, adjust, print, act upon, and monitor, all in real time. If they think it might be a fit, I'd be happy to chat further via doug.denhoed@atappstore.com.

Regards,

Doug
