How to share projects with an external user out of my organization?

I would like to add few users with only view capability outside of my company and have them just be able to look at the projects I have shared them. is there any solution to this?

You could add them as a user in your instance as an external user or a reviewer (both free, no license cost or anything) in order to share projects with them as view-only...
