How to navigate to the queue setup in the NWE

Is there a way to navigate to the queue setup (queue details, queue topics, topic groups, routing rules) without having to edit the layout template so that every project (even if it's not a queue project) shows these buttons on the left side-bar?

    In NWE, everything has its own URL. So if you are looking at the tasks for a project, remove tasks from the URL and put queueDetails (D has to be capitalized) and then you should go there, whether it is on the layout or not.
