How to input activity ID when create a request in work front?

Hi team

When we create a request, and under "billing details", there is Activity ID. My question is where to find activity ID and how to input it?Many thanks!

do you have a screenshot of that request form? it sounds like you are referencing some custom form you have in your org and this would require reaching out to someone in your team
