How to Highlight Actual Hours if more than Planned Hours

Hello Experts, I created a project report (attaching screen shot with this request). Here I am trying to highlight Actual Hour with Bold and Red colour, if it is more than Planned Hours. Or any other suggestion. (How to highlight this numbers as bold in red colour, if Actual Hour is more than Planned Hours?) Looking for your recommendation. With best regards, Kundan. @Kundan Kumar In order to compare two fields using conditional formatting, text mode must be applied.
