How to a custom field mandatory on task status change ?

SunitaDa - There isn't a way to make a change in a task's status mark a custom field as required.  When you create a custom field on a form you have the option to make that field required on a form, that is the main way to set a required custom field.  If you have Fusion then this scenario could be a possibility to create.
