How time is split on working on tab

We would like a better way to manage / show how time is split over the days if in the TEAMS / WORKING ON tab.

When scheduling we can dictate where in the duration the effort is assigned, but if an estimate on a task changes the effort is resplit equally across the full duration, which means having to fix each time – more of an issue for long running projects i.e.. one day a week over 6 months. An on/off toggle to allow/not allow recalculation would suffice.

Also the ability to change Planned Hours from this area, so you don't need to go back into the project view.
