Does anyone reference a proof at the form level when submitting a new request? what is your process?

Are you trying to have it remain a proof to add comments on? If not, you could download a proof from a previous job and then upload as a document into your request.

yes, we need to reference the comments on the interactive proof as the direction or wireframe of our request.
