How do I find out which custom form is being use in my queue project?

I think I have my terminology correct - I have a custom form for a quick request (requests that are not converted to a project) but I need to update it. It is not obvious in the settings which is the correct custom form, is there anyway I can find out from the queue project or any other way?

I did not create the custom form nor the project and they are not named the same/similar which makes it harder to find.

Thanks

Hi @abellewoo - It can be in one of two places on the corresponding request queue project. Either on Queue Details > Custom Forms if you only have one, or under Queue Topics > Edit. Hope that helps!
