Hover Over: Daily Allocation Hour Preview for Scheduling Tools

Currently, in the scheduling tools, to see the daily allocations for a particular task a user has to click on the task bar to make it drop down. It would be really helpful if the user interface would provide the daily allocation for a particular task when hovering over it. This would eliminate the extra step need to open each task to check the value.
