Holiday Calendar specific to Portfolio

Is there a way to create a custom holiday calendar and tie it specifically to a portfolio.  Context: client requires custom holiday dates in addition to the standard holidays observed in the main calendar.

Need a bit more context

  • what do you mean "tie it to portfolio"
  • how will this info be used?
  • why can't client use another schedule in Workfront?
