Help needed - does anyone track production work (rounds, feedback) in Workfront that is willing to share their process?

we just moved to workfront - we currently track our projects in Basecamp and we are struggling to mirror that experience in Workfront. is anyone willing to share their process with me? or show me how your team does things? thanks

We started off with rounds in workfront but there were so many variables that we removed them completely and now only have tasks for Round 1 and Round Final. The in between rounds deadlines are dealt with on the proof itself and set by the project manager who is working toward that Final Round deadline.

This is all in theory, my team has a problem abiding deadlines so... no software can solve for that 😃
