Help icon (Help Resources) button not working?

Does anyone else's Help icon/button not work? Nothing happens when I click it.

 

I am a new administrator, so maybe I missed a memo.

You may have a broken link if it had been set up as a custom URL. You can have that going to a request queue, for example, in your instance instead of Experience League. Go to Setup > System > Preferences and take a look at the custom Help URL to see if you are utilizing one and if it's a broken link...

There was actually no URL there, so I added one but it didn't do anything. 😞
