Help: Custom Select and Text Fields Not Retaining Input in Assignment Report

I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this issue:

I've created an assignment report and added two custom fields (attached): one is a Single Select dropdown, and the other is a Text field. However, both fields appear static-I'm unable to type in the Text field or select an option from the dropdown.

These custom fields are also included in a custom form linked to each task. I'm unsure if this type of custom field is fully supported within assignment reports.

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
