Have Approvals Appear in MyWork

Seems like a simple update, but my users complain that they can't see approvals in their MyWork screen, so an approval can come up and blow up their planned day. If we could get an item for each approval in that user's MyWork screen, that would be super helpful in making the work more transparent instead of it just popping up. Thanks!
