Handoff / Actual Completion date calculation in hours

Looking for a formula that calculates the difference, in hours, between a task Handoff date and the Actual Completion date that will incorporate our WF calendar and working hours. Any help appreciated. Thank you. James Grey Lincoln National Corporation
