Greater Text Editing for Custom Forms

It would be fantastic to have the option to customise/format the text submitted as part of custom forms. This includes font formatting (bold, italics etc) and formatting such as numbering and bullet points. The current system of plain formatted text feels very restrictive for my teams who are used to submitting their creative requests using Word documents, which allows for much greater customisation.
