Global projects and resource pools - how do you manage the schedules

We’re doing more global, cross‑regional projects,and as we’re not fully set up for global resourcing yet, we;re having challenges with schedules and task timings

I’m also keen to understand best practice for setting up resource pools when working across multiple regions and time zones.
