Global Navigation / Main Navigation Bar - Make Fixed Location

I'm requesting that during the course of the UX improvements that are being done that you consider making the Global/Main Navigation bar a fixed location. This is really a nuisance when it come to scrolling down any type of lists whether it is the Tasks tab on a project, Reports tab, All Requests tab, Timesheet, pretty much any place in the application, etc. that the Main Navigation bar disappears. The only way to get back to the top is scroll, scroll, scroll or use short cut key CTRL-Home to quickly get back to it. It's just takes extra time and is not efficient.
