My current fusion flow is when content owners submits project requests it will automatically convert that into a project using a pre built template that I have defined. Later it assigns tasks inside that so for instance all the tasks realted to project manager should be assigned to this person. It is working perfectly fine but the issue is when the project has 10 tasks it sends 10 emails and I would like to built something like how workload balancer works were in only one email is sent rather than 10

how can I do that in fusion

If you are referring to the system notifications that are generated, you may want consider looking at your project status when it is created and use a status that equates to Planning. This prevents the notifications from being sent. This works the same as if you were making the assignments yourself in application.

Are emails part of your fusion scenario? How are the emails being triggered?

Matt’s input on setting your projects you create to Planning first, then have the scenario do assignments, then if needed, set the project status to Current will keep notifications from sending during the assignment part.  If you then want to provide an email to your assigned resources (e.g.) project manager you could create a note in your scenario that captures the iterated tasks for the role and sends it to the person assigned to the role.
