Forms- parameter with primary key value not found

Hi there! When creating a form and trying to apply or save and close, it shows this message. Does anyone know how to resolve it?

Is this a brand new form? 
If so can you refresh and see what happens? It seems to say that a field you have in the editor doesn't exist (as if someone else removed the field while you were building the form)
