Formatting for the description of a report

Description - Formatting options for the message body of the email for scheduled report delivery

Why is this feature important to you - 1. I would like to include a separate embedded link in the description field to display under the report name when a report if being viewed - (external link, not Workfront link)  2. I would like to use formatting to break up or bullet point report descriptions that display under the report name  

How would you like the feature to work - a formatting tool bar for the report description field would be ideal

Current Behaviour - currently, the text in the description field of a report displays as plain text under the name. I can use returns, however, I am unable to use bold, underline, italic or embed an html link in that field. If you use ONLY a url, then it is clickable.  However, that is pointless when you cannot label it or explain why a user should click it.
