Filter by word in the title of a program reporting

Hi!

I'm trying to create a filter (I believe it might need to be a text filter). I'm working on reporting and dashboards and trying to build a dashboard for a specific subsector of projects within a portfolio.

Right now I have a report filtered by program name (ID) where I typed in the word "talent" and just selected all of the programs with the word talent in the name. However, this doesn't automatically update because every time a new program with the word "talent" get's entered, I would have to go back in and add it it the filter. I'm assuming the best way to go about this is to add a text filter that filters every program with the word "talent".

Could anyone help with what this text mode filter would look like? Let me know if there's a better way to do this.
