Export Labels/Values from a Custom Form Field?

Hi All, Is there a way to export the labels/values of a field within a custom form? For example, I have a drop-down field, "Conferences", and I would like to export all the conferences I have listed within that field. Is there a way to do this? See the attached screenshot for a visual. I've boxed in green the values I'm trying to export. Thanks, Daniel Williams WebMD

Hi Daniel, It's overkill, but a quick way is just to "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217179547-Exporting-Data-from-Workfront-via-Kick-Starts">Kickstart out all of your Parameter Options, then filter the resulting Excel file to the item of interest. I actually just saw instructions for this in another community thread, I don't have the link to the thread but I saved the instructions - What they did was create a filter and view to use on the list of Fields (Setup > custom forms > Fields), they created the filter to only show field types that are drop downs. Then they created a view that included a "Values" column to show the value choices for each drop down field. Once you set the filter and create the view you can export it. The following is the text mode code for the Values column: description=Parameter Option Label displayname=Values link.linkproperty.0.name=ID link.linkproperty.0.valuefield=parameter:ID link.linkproperty.0.valueformat=int link.page=/parameterView.cmd listdelimiter= listmethod=nested(parameterOptions).lists namekey=parameterOption.plural stretch=90 textmode=true type=iterate valuefield=label valueformat=HTML width=300 Here's the screen shot they provided of what the filter/view should look like when applied: Jacquelyn Mitchell Voya Financial
