Export Labels/Values from a Custom Form Field?

I actually just saw instructions for this in another community thread, I don't have the link to the thread but I saved the instructions - What they did was create a filter and view to use on the list of Fields (Setup > custom forms > Fields), they created the filter to only show field types that are drop downs. Then they created a view that included a "Values" column to show the value choices for each drop down field. Once you set the filter and create the view you can export it.
