?exception.database.duplicatekeyvalue.unique.constraint?" when trying to log in

Hi All

 

I have a couple of new users who get the error "?exception.database.duplicatekeyvalue.unique.constraint?" when they try logging in to Workfront and signing in using the company SSO, have any of you seen this before? or know what might be causing it?

    I haven’t seen it before but I would suggest to clear cookies and cache or have them try a different browser. Also, are you sure they’re brand new?

    Has this been resolved? I also have a few users that are getting this message.
