Kat shared her experience as the sole Workfront administrator at Penn State's Office of Entrepreneurship and Commercialization, describing how she transformed Workfront into a multi-purpose operational engine to support over 50 people with limited licenses and diverse needs. She demo’d:

  • How she streamlined financial requests and approvals
  • Their strategic planning process and year-to-year reporting
  • A system for tracking room rentals and payments, including a color-coded calendar
