enable customization of program & portfolio header

please enable the same functionality introduced with 22.3 to customize the project header to programs & portfolios.


This will help us remove wrong data from being a visual focus for users. (wrong b/c our workflow is different)

    The goal of this suggestion is to enable the same functionality introduced with 22.3 for projects to the program and portfolio level. (The exact same needs exist.)

    This would be great! We really want to remove the % Complete from Programs, for example, as it does not calculate correctly for our use.

    When will this be available.  The Portfolio header is completely useless and needs to be removed.
