Email notification specifies what notification setting it is tied to

Hello,

Can there be a note at the bottom of the email notifications that says what notification setting the email is tied to? So for instance, on a new request email, it would say "Action Needed: I get a new work request". We get notifications sometimes that we don't know what it's tied to, so having a reference so people can correctly adjust the notification would be great.
