Duplicate key Error

Hello there! I was trying to add someone as a Project Owner, and someone as a Task owner and I got this message, does anyone know what it means? Or how to fix it? Thanks in advance to the good soul that helps me with this 🙂

Were you trying to do one and then the other without WF registering/saving the first assignment?

@anaximenaolvar I connected with the Customer Support team and here is what I found out -- These errors typically need to be resolved via a defect to engineering. If the customer could please submit a case to support, that would be great so we can get this addressed.
