Dual Accounts with Separate Emails

We have a few users that have dual accounts. One is to access our SSO login into Workfront and the other is for them to receive notifications from Workfront. Is there a way to merge these accounts but keep the functionality of one email for SSO and separate email for notifications? The email for notifications cannot be used for our SSO. This is an outside agency.
