Document Upload Issues (files over 3GB)

Hello!

I am unable to upload files over 3GB to the documents folder on Workfront. For context, I have fiber, I am hard - wired and my current UL speed is 875.

The file type is QT (video).

Has anyone run into issues uploading files between 3GB - 4GB?

are you uploading a file or a proof? I think proof has a file size limit of 4.

Have you considered using Frame IO which seems to be built for this purpose?

The file size limit is 4GB. If your connection is unstable, it can sometimes fail to upload. Check out this article with more detail limits and accepted file types. Video file types is toward the bottom, I don't see QT listed so you may just need to change your file type.

Hi, The OP is probably trying a .mov file as that is the standard extension on a QuickTime video.
