Document Proof Status Change

Our design team is asking if there is a way that they can be notified when the status of a proof changes... 

We are a marketing team that frequently upload artwork to WF to be proofed. Our designers are having to check to see if their proofs have moved to final approval, approved with changes, etc. I know that there is an option for daily email notifications about proofs, but is there an instant option for once a proof has been final approved?

Are they working in Proof or with Document Approvals? In Proof, you can change your default email notifications by going into your personal settings and changing your Proofing Defaults. I have mine set to Final Decision and use a Proof Report.
