Document Drop and Drag Functionality

Hello - One of our users is trying to drag and drop documents into their request and each time they try to do it the document tries to download instead of being uploaded into Workfront. I tired to drag and drop the same document into the same request and it worked for me, but when she tries it will not drag and drop but tries to download the document. Any thoughts on why this might be happening for this user when we have not changed any settings? Also, this feature was working earlier in the week and not sure why it's not working now. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Just tested this and I believe it's user error. You have to drag and drop the document into the black bar on the screen. Anywhere else and it will just download instead. Screenshot below

Thank you Justin for your response. She was sharing her screen with me and I watched her bring it over and I believe the black box did appear and as she went to drop it the document went to her downloads instead of uploading into Workfront but I will double check that she is truly dragging it to the black box before she tries to drop it. Thank you!

I second what @justinrenteria2 said because I had the same "issue" with one of my users. She was always to quick to let go. Once she realized that the black box is where it needed to go it was not problem at all.

Has the user deleted her browser cache and cookies recently? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Were you logged in as her when you did your troubleshooting?

Hello and thank you for your response. She has not tried deleting her browser cache or cookies but I will have her try that. No one else is experiencing this problem on our team or that I am aware of outside of our team. I was not logged in as her when I did my troublshooting, I was logged in as me and had her watch me drag and drop and I had no issues with it working.
