Document disappears from request after being moved

Hi everyone,

we have recently been facing an issue where a document attached to a request disappears if the same document is moved to a folder on the project level. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether the request is converted into a task or not.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to solve it? Or does anyone have an idea what we could try to fix this?

I have done this in the past and did not notice this. Also for the sake of re-testing I just tried and it worked as expected
 

  • Have Project
  • Add Task
  • Add document to the task
  • Document is shown on the project level in documents
  • After moving the document to a separate folder inside project it is still in Task 👍🏻
     

Same with Requests and Issues
 

  • Have Project
  • Add Request
  • Add document to the request
  • Document is shown on the project level in documents
  • After moving the document to a separate folder inside project it is still in Request 👍🏻

Can you try again now, or let me know if there are some steps in the process that I have missed?

    I know there was an issue with Document Folders and Documents disappearing a bit ago. Have you contacted Support? Seems like it could be part of the same bug.
