Do you have to be a Workfront User to view a project?

Some of our clients are transitioning from a different project management system to Adobe Workfront. In their current system, they are able to easily share a link with external reviewers so they can view project updates and provide feedback.

Is there a simple way to provide access to a project for individuals who do not need to be Workfront users?

Thank you,

Jenny

The short answer is no. But you can build reports and send them in formats that don’t involve opening the information in Workfront (PDF, Excel, HTML). Check out Report delivery overview.
