Displaying Specific Notes In Separate Columns In a report

Hello,

 

I am attempting to create a Report which will pull Projects that contain Updates that include one of two (or both) [keywords]. My biggest challenge on this Project report is my users would like one column for each specific Update. So the report would be one line item and Column 1 would display the noteText for the first specific [keyword] I am filtering for, and Column 2 would display the noteText for the second specific [keyword].

 

Is filtering a Project Report based on keywords found in the Updates section possible?

Any project with "x" or "y" keywords pull into this report.

And is displaying the noteText of Updates with specific keywords in a column possible?

Hi, have you instead tried a Note report? You could filter your note report to XYZ keywords, timeframe, etc. and projects, and have project name be a column of the report along with the note/update itself. Some example filters to work with:
