Display incoming recipients

Sometimes, an email header is worth a million words.

With incoming email requests, please display the recipients on the email, To and CC recipients, in the description or in a field on the Issue Details tab.

This provides a better services for customs and agents can add subscribers and tag the appropriate contacts when replying
