Delete a parent task and all related subtasks and issues.

Previously we could select a "parent task" from a report and go to the ellipsis and delete the "parent task", "sub task", and any related "requests" suddenly we can no longer do that. Did something change and I missed it? A user pointed this out to me and I checked from my perspective and also could not do it - but in my Preview area I can still do that process. Screen shots attached from both preview and live. 

 

Any insight would be appreciated. TIA

I did open a ticket and support could not replicate the issue but after the ticket when I tried again it was working as expected.

there are certain settings that will prevent you from deleting a task. (for example, check your /setup/projects area to see if you have prevented people from deleting tasks if a project is complete) I would probably say to submit a case to Support to see if they can help you walk through troubleshooting to discover how else you have configured your system.

    Thank you Skye, I will submit a ticket.
    The tasks we are trying to delete are not complete, they are new. I checked preview again this morning and I am able to delete a task from the ellipsis but not in production.

    I appreciate your response.
