Delection of timesheet to be added to journal entry object for auditing

Why is this feature important to you - We've had deleted timesheets and unsure who/how it was done.

How would you like the feature to work - Ability to audit who and when the timesheet was deleted.

Current Behaviour - Can only edit hour deletion not hour deletion.
