Date ** and Time ** in Entry (Created) Date

Currently, no time is saved or recorded for Entry (Created) date. I would like to be able to write reports or sort in views by Entry Date with the most current at the top, but if there are more than one in a day I cannot do this. I propose Workfront include both date and time in EVERY date field. This seems like a basic thing I've seen in every other system I've worked in.
