Dashboard external pages no longer support dashboard URLs

23.2 Release notes state that external pages in dashboards will no longer be able to reference dashboard URLs. 

Our organization heavily relies on this functionality for layouts, providing a customized experience for groups to be able to access all of their important information in one spot similar to a landing page via web. This not only streamlines training, but is a important one click selling point for our director +. Groups can customize dashboards with links to all reports, dashboards, forms, etc all in one place without having to have an extended onboarding process.

    My org also uses external pages to link to specific request queues for our leadership teams to have quick access to submitting requests without having to leave the page we've created to showcase what's being worked on. This is a big let down for our teams.
