Customizing Quick Actions- Project Widget

Is there currently a way for system admins to change/update the quick actions in the project widget? The team has shown interest in having the ability to quickly log time to a project (similar to the capability in the my tasks widgets). This would be useful for contributors who might not be assigned to a task within a project, but are involved in some way.

there's not a way to do it at the moment. cc @jerflo

That would be great... except for the companies who don't do timesheets in WF, then it would just be extra clutter. Would be great if admins could determine what the user should see.
