Customized Project Specific Email Notifications

Currently, email notifications are sent of Staffing tab within project, would be helpful if this feature could be project specific. We have teams that need to be notified when issues are added to project and there are some teams that do not need this feature. With a large user base, it's best for Workfront to provide this option.
