customize the email name when sending proof

Hey Team, is there a way to customize the "name" that comes out when you send a proof?

It comes from a generic email address, we were hoping instead of our name it would just say "our company name Proofing" or something like that?

Any ideas? thanks!

Hi @MattEl5, you cannot do that unfortunatelly. One workaround would be (if you use Fusion) to have a dedicated account that will create all proofs (proof owner) which you can name “Company LLC”. That way when Fusion creates a proof it will be sent via that dedicated account and you can have that name displayed over there.

Another option is to use a custom message so you can at least customize the title of the email that is being used when a notification is sent, although this will not give you a possibility to customize the sender name.
